Carlos has been specialised in the area of mining law for the last four years. He has participated in evaluations for the acquisition of mining projects, in the obtaining of permits and in negotiations with communities for the development of these mining projects. He has been directly involved in consultancy for Australian and Chilean companies, related both to mining contracts and to other issues related to mining. Carlos studied law at Universidad Gabriela Mistral.
