The Chamber held a very successful Energy Evento on the 2nd of October in the Hotel Ritz Carlton where experts in the field presented their concepts about the trends of the energy market and the efforts to foster the development of non conventional renewable energy sources.

Renato Agurto from Synex, Juan Cembrano from Mega Red, Jaime Bravo from the National Commission of Energy and René Vergara from Pactum formed the expert panel while in the second part of the Seminar, Alvaro Vilaplana from Codelco and Andrés Escobar from HBS Energía presented their specific energy projects, explaining their specifics and extolling the virtues of their particular processes

The two major Sponsors of the Event were CODELCO and Hydro Chile, and the Stand-holders and other presenters were Energia Austral, GHD, and Pactum.

The event was sponsored and promoted by Electricidad Interamericana and Business News America (BNA).
