Pedro es el Supply and Contracts Manager for Project Development at Base Metals BHP Billiton.
Es Abogado y Master of Laws. Estudió en el Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law Philadelphia, PA. "Master of Laws, LL.M", programa combinado entre Tokio y Filadelfia. Es Licenciado en ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile.
Tiene una amplia carrera en BHP Billiton. Primero como gerente corporativo de la Minera La Escondida, luego como gerente de abastecimiento de la misma, para asumir el 2010 en su actual cargo.
Tiene conocimientos en el área de comercio internacional pues ejerció como Consejero Agrícola la Embajada de Chile en Japón.
Ha participado en los siguientes directorios: Abastemin, Integrare y Asociación de Industriales de Antofagasta.

Beasley School of Law Philadelphia, which also included study in Tokyo. He graduated in Law and Social
Sciences at the Diego Portales University, Santiago, Chile.
Pedro has an extensive career at BHP Billiton. He worked first as corporate manager at Minera La Escondida,
then as Supply Manager of the same one before assuming his current position in 2010.
He is very knowledgeable in the area of international trade, having served as Agricultural Advisor at the Embassy
of Chile in Japan.
He has also participated in the following directories: Abastemin, Integrare and the Manufacturers' Association of
Antofagasta.
